The IDSA Leadership Institute empowers infectious diseases and HIV practitioners to be future leaders. Crafted specifically by and for specialists in infectious diseases and HIV, the Leadership Institute offers two tailored leadership development pathways: Community of Leaders and Rising Leaders. The former is a hybrid program designed for mid to senior-career professionals, culminating in an in-person intensive in Arlington, VA, while the latter is an online initiative aimed at those in the early stages of their careers. Both programs provide comprehensive training and resources, emphasizing personal growth, effective leadership strategies, and community building.
